At Mellow Meats our butchers will cut to your specific requirements. We pride ourselves on attention to detail to ensure the meat is prepared to maximise its enjoyment for either yourself or your customers, no matter what your requirements are we have it covered.

Our prices are kept as simple as possible by charging per kilo live weight for a basic cut and then you add on the extras you require, to avoid any confusion all our prices are listed in our price list or one of our butchery team would be only to happy to assist if required.

Our detailed cutting forms will enable you to give our butchers your exact requirements, these also have the spaces to add any extras you may require.
