Evans & Son (Bedfordia) - Pork

Our pork is sourced directly from one of our go to abattoirs, they in turn get all their pork from Bedfordia Farms. The reason we have gone down this route is because we believe the way Bedfordia produce their pork is outstanding, all their pigs are bred, reared and grown under very strictly controlled conditions that are independently audited by Assured British Pig (ABP) and Red Tractor organisations. Although they are a large produced everything is done in house, they are fully born and raised by them. Their farms are in the further upper corner of our catchment area in the village of Milton Ernest within the River Ouse catchment area, they are also located very close to the slaughter house meaning we are keeping our food miles to a bare minimum whilst supply a quality pork product.
